Plant design, shaped around your space.

I’m Jordan, the founder of Neotropical Design Studio. My connection to plants began early, working alongside my dad, a landscaper. Those years gave me a hands-on understanding of how plants grow, respond to their environment, and shape the feeling of a place.

Earning a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry deepened that curiosity and taught me to look closely at living systems. Today, I bring that scientific perspective to the art of plant design—considering light, growth, proportion, texture, and movement as parts of a living composition.

Plant design should feel as considered as the rest of your home. Plants filter light, soften architectural edges, guide the eye, and create a sense of belonging that no static object can reproduce. Beautiful foliage matters, and so does the vessel beneath it, the space around it, and the person who will care for it.
